These are incredibly challenging times for business – especially small independent local businesses. The imposition of a second lockdown means many independent businesses are unable to connect with their customers at what should be the busiest time of the year. Shops are closed, Christmas markets have been cancelled. As a big local employer that’s been at the heart of the region for more than a hundred years we’re committed to making sure the region is a success and supporting other, local businesses. Particularly in these tough times. If the region thrives, then we all thrive together. That’s why we came up with the idea of the KCOM Christmas Market.

And the best bit. It’s FREE, and it won’t cost the small businesses or traders a penny to take part.

It’s open to independent traders across Hull, East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire and it’s basically a gateway website, where you can find the details of dozens of local traders from local brewers and chocolatiers to bath bombs makers, menswear, ladieswear and anything else you can imagine. There are Christmas gift ideas for everyone….AND IT’S FREE
