Latest Business Support From East Riding Of Yorkshire Council - 15/02/21

East Riding of Yorkshire Council are pleased to provide our latest Covid-19 business support update.

Changes to the Additional Restrictions Grant
Recent changes to the fund mean that for those businesses who receive SEISS but also directly employ staff, have seen significant reduction in income and have ongoing fixed costs can now apply. For full eligibility criteria go to:

As the council do not know what the demand will be for this funding, the application process will open for a two week period 15th to 28th February 2021 to register your request for financial support. When the applications have closed, the council will review what level of support can be provided and aim to give an update on funding on 8 March 2021, the website will be updated on this date confirming funding support.

Covid-19 testing programmes
There are two different ways to test for coronavirus taking place in the East Riding – for those who have symptoms and regular testing for critical workers who do not have symptoms. Information is now available on the East Riding Council’s website:

Bounce back loan borrowers can delay repayments by extra six months
